As a general rule, you will be able to access the room one (1) hour before the beginning of the show. After the performance ends, you will be able to finish your meal before leaving. Our on-site staff will be happy to assist you if needed.
The box office is open only on days when there are performances. It opens two hours before performances – please consult the program. For any questions, please contact our box office at 514-814-1439.

Adjacent to the Marriott Château Champlain, Place du Canada offers underground parking with direct access to the hotel.
Get off at Bonaventure station (orange line) and follow the signs to the Marriott Château Champlain. An elevator will take you directly to the hotel lobby. From there, you can enter the theater.
We are also within walking distance of Peel metro station (green line).

The Caf’Conc’ has a dedicated area for wheelchairs. Please contact the box office to make a reservation. Please note that motorized mobility aids are not permitted in the theatre.
Yes, there’s an elevator from the hotel lobby. The underground parking is on the same level as the theatre.
Minors are welcome in our theater. Minors may eat a meal on site but may not consume alcohol.
